Moyra brings a rare combination of deep technical research and senior commercial leadership across some of the most demanding organizations in the industry. She began her career at IBM Research, where she was BlueGene Supercomputer bringup lead — responsible for integrating the first prototype systems and managing technology transfer through a team of over 100 scientists and engineers.
At ASML she rose to Director level, leading the Technology Development Center Europe at imec and directing strategic sourcing for light sources globally. She now leads semiconductor market strategy for Europe at Hamamatsu Photonics — keeping Vector’s advisory work grounded in live market intelligence across the photonics and light detection space.
Steven Steen

Steven has spent his career at the leading edge of semiconductor technology — first at IBM Research, where he spent 15 years working across lithography, 3D integration, and novel applications, and then at ASML, where he held successive Director and senior leadership roles in product management and strategic business development over 13 years.
At ASML he led product roadmapping for DUV options and upgrades, 3D semiconductor applications, and process window control — work that combined deep technical understanding with commercial accountability for multi-hundred-million-euro product portfolios. That blend of engineering rigor and market-facing leadership is the foundation of his advisory practice.
