Steven spent 15 years at IBM Research and over 13 years at ASML, leading research on process integration and prototyping, R&D and HVM line bringup, wafer fab equipment product development and strategic business development across DUV lithography, metrology, and 3D semiconductor applications. Moyra has held senior roles at IBM Research, Philips, ASML and Hamamatsu — including ranging from supercomputing to device roadmapping, strategic sourcing and market development.
